свети минаПравославни икониIt’s been 3 days now I am here. Travelling here was a bit chaotic, with 2 of my flights late I was madly running in every airport to catch my planes. The trip from mumbai to pune was fun, everybody was trying to rip me off. Some suceed to some extend (I paid a bottle of water 5 times the normal price, but lesson learned now). I am staying at the EnTrip Mansion. Thanks to Anthony and Nick from enTrip for introducing me to India.
Some quick & raw impressions from an India first-timer :
- It smells different, very different.
- It’s overcrowded and overwhelming.
- Pune is awfully polluted : I still can’t believe it, I can barely breathe while in the rickshaw.
- Traffic is as bad as expected. dangerous but fun.
- Cultural differences are bigger than I expected.
It’s been a long time without any real post on this blog. I took the time to change the themes and add some new links to my blogrolls eventhough I’m reading less and less blogs and really focus on the ones with deep content articles.
So what are the news:
- I graduated in finance last June in Canada.
- I am soon-to-be graduated in France (Euromed Marseille) with just the thesis to go.
- I am starting my thesis on User Acquisition metrics for social web platforms. If you have some documentations, cases or are available for interviews, I would be glad to talk to you.
- Noredox is doing great. Once the thesis is finished I will put all my focus on it. We have some great projects cooking up.
- I left Ottawa, Canada, I am moving to Pune, India for opening the first office of Noredox.
